21 and June 22 runoff for the mayor is in fact a decisive date for the future of this city: Bari has changed in these five years, has experienced a rebirth, he raised his head and throw it on the way, after decades of ill repute, bad governance, civil and cultural darkness that has been responsible for a political class greedy and inept.
